Yala Club

Yala Club helps people in London find spare spots at independent venues today, and gives those venues the tools to sell tickets, run the door and fill empty seats.

For people looking for something to do

Pottery and art classes, cookery and craft workshops, comedy, gigs, fitness and more, all with places left today or soon. Browse them on a map, book in a few taps and show the QR code at the door. Prices include the booking fee, so what you see is what you pay. Follow the venues you like to hear first when they post.

For venues

Listing is free and there's no monthly fee. You pay 0% commission, just Stripe's card fee, until the last-minute window: 72 hours before your event on Spare Spots, 48 hours on Box Office. In that window we push your event on the Yala Club map as a last-minute event, and tickets sold then are 10%. The Box Office plan, for venues selling every ticket on Yala Club, adds seating plans, a booking widget for your website and the shorter 48 hour window.

• List spare spots in a couple of minutes and appear on the Yala Club map and app.
• Social media kit: stories, short videos and posters in your own colours, with a booking link.
• Door screen and ticket scanner that works on any phone, and card payments at the door.
• Message everyone booked, or just the people who haven't arrived yet.
• Followers who are told when you list something new.
• Questions at checkout, and on the Box Office plan: seating plans, scheduled ticket sales and a booking widget for your own website.
• Reviews, sales reports and an export for your accountant.
• Payments and payouts through Stripe, straight to your bank.
