Yala Club for venues

Yala Club helps independent London venues fill empty places and sell tickets. List spare spots in a couple of minutes and they appear on the Yala Club map and app, in front of people looking for something to do today.

Pricing

Free to join, with no monthly fee, setup fee or contract. 0% commission until the last-minute window, just Stripe's card fee: 72 hours before the event on Spare Spots, 48 hours on Box Office. In that window the event is pushed on the Yala Club map and app as a last-minute event, and tickets sold then are 10%.

Spare Spots plan

List as many or as few places as you like and keep your current ticketing. Includes scheduled on-sale times.

Box Office plan

Sell every ticket for your events on Yala Club. Adds seating plans, a booking widget for your own website, a free featured spot in the Yala Club weekly email, and the shorter 48 hour window.

On both plans customers pay a booking fee, included in the price they see, which doesn't come out of the venue's share.

What venues get

• A social media kit: stories, short videos and posters in your own colours, with a booking link.
• A door screen and QR ticket scanner that work on any phone, plus card payments at the door.
• Messages to everyone booked, or only the people who haven't arrived yet.
• Followers who hear when you list something new.
• Questions at checkout, plus seating plans, scheduled on-sale times and a website booking widget on the Box Office plan.
• Reviews, sales reports and an export for your accountant.
• Payments and payouts through Stripe, straight to your bank.
