Door and till sync

If you sell tickets anywhere else too, at the door, on your own site or on another platform, Yala Club needs to know. The door screen keeps the count right in seconds, and anyone on your team can use it without logging in.

How it works

• Open the door screen: One link opens a simple screen. Keep it on a tablet by the till, a second phone, or a window on your laptop.
• Tap when you sell elsewhere: Sold one on the door? Tap minus one. Someone cancelled? Plus one. Fully booked? Pause sales and resume when you like.
• Check people in: Scan the QR code on their ticket or tick them off the guest list by hand.

What you get

• Works on any device: Phone, tablet or laptop. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
• No logins for staff: Share the door link with your team. They put their name in once and that's it.
• A history with names and times: Every change is logged with who made it, when, and how many places were left. No more "did you already take one off?".
• Pause and resume: Stop sales instantly if you fill up another way, and switch them back on just as fast.
• Quick buttons on your home screen: Minus one, plus one, pause and resume are on the venue home screen too, for tonight's event.
• Shows when you're offline: If the connection drops, the screen says so, so nobody thinks a tap went through when it didn't.
• QR check-in: Your phone is the scanner. A live list shows who's in and who isn't yet.

Yala Club only ever sells the places you list. If you sell elsewhere too, keep an eye on your other sales and use the door screen to keep Yala Club in step.

Questions

Do I need to buy a scanner?

No. Any phone with a camera works. You can also check people in by name or ticket code.

What if two people tap at the same time?

Each tap is a single change and the history shows both, with names and times, so everyone can see the real count.

Can staff see our money?

No. The door screen shows places and check-ins only. Sales and payouts stay in your venue account.
